Our Family Donkey
We purchased Bo in the fall of 2007 to guard our livestock and give the children an animal to ride. We really enjoy having Bo here on the farm. He is very cute. When we go in the pasture, he acts like a puppy dog coming up to us and following us all around as we stroll about the place. We love to hear him bray and enjoy his boyish ways.
Here Bo is in the above photo with his thick winter coat. He is a gorgeous color, isn't he?
The children love riding him. They take turns around the pasture with us by their side.
